IndiaMART can send leads instantly through a webhook, or Odoo can fetch leads automatically every 15 minutes using the IndiaMART API.

Once the account is connected, new enquiries are converted into Odoo CRM leads and assigned to the connected sales team.

How to Set Up

Connect IndiaMART

Go to CRM, click Connect, then select IndiaMART.

Choose a sync method

Choose Receive Leads Instantly (Webhook) or Fetch Leads Automatically using the IndiaMART API.

Configure the connection

For API sync, enter the IndiaMART API key. For webhook delivery, configure the generated webhook URL in IndiaMART.

Connect the account

Connect the account to validate the IndiaMART API credentials and start receiving leads.

Fetch old leads (optional)

In Debug mode, set a date range of up to 7 days and click "Fetch Leads from IndiaMART".

What it does
  • Supports webhook delivery for receiving IndiaMART enquiries instantly.
  • Supports API-key based fetching on the scheduled 15-minute cron job.
  • Shows the connection as Connected or Disconnected on the Sales Team record.
What it doesn't do
  • API-key based fetching is not real-time; scheduled fetching runs every 15 minutes.
  • Does not configure the IndiaMART webhook inside IndiaMART automatically.

What it does
  • Creates an Odoo CRM lead for each new IndiaMART enquiry.
  • Maps enquiry details including name, email, phone, company, address, city, PIN code, state and country.
  • Stores the IndiaMART enquiry ID as the lead reference.
  • Assigns incoming leads to the connected Sales Team automatically.
What it doesn't do
  • Does not push Odoo CRM lead changes back to IndiaMART.

What it does
  • Lets you fetch historical IndiaMART leads for a selected date range on demand.
  • Limits a single historical fetch to a maximum of 7 days.
  • Updates the lead data in Odoo while skipping enquiries that are already imported.
What it doesn't do
  • Historical leads are not fetched automatically; use Debug mode and the fetch action.
  • A single historical fetch cannot cover more than 7 days.
  • After a successful historical fetch, another fetch request is subject to a 5-minute interval.
