How TradeIndia Leads Come Into Odoo
TradeIndia enquiries are fetched through the TradeIndia API and then created in Odoo CRM on the scheduled sync.

After the account is connected, the scheduled MarketHub job fetches TradeIndia leads every 15 minutes.
The integration uses the TradeIndia API Key, User ID, and Profile ID. Leads are filtered using their generated date and time before they are created in Odoo CRM.
How to Set Up
Connect TradeIndia
Go to CRM, click Connect, then select TradeIndia.
Configure credentials
Enter the TradeIndia API Key, User ID, and Profile ID in the TradeIndia connection settings.
Test the connection
Click Connect to validate the credentials against TradeIndia. The account is marked Connected when the API response is valid.
Automatic lead sync
The scheduled CRM MarketHub job fetches TradeIndia leads every 15 minutes.
Fetch old leads (optional)
In Debug mode, set a date range and click "Fetch Leads from TradeIndia". A single manual fetch can cover up to 1 day.

What it does
- Connects to TradeIndia using an API Key, User ID, and Profile ID.
- Validates the credentials with a TradeIndia API request when the account is connected.
- Shows a Connected / Disconnected state on the Sales Team record.
What it doesn't do
- Does not use a webhook for lead delivery in the current TradeIndia connector.
- Does not push lead data from Odoo back to TradeIndia.
What it does
- Creates Odoo CRM leads from TradeIndia enquiries.
- Maps enquiry information such as subject, sender name, email, phone, company, city, state, country, product details, and the original message.
- Stores the TradeIndia enquiry reference as the external lead reference.
- Assigns the lead using the connected CRM MarketHub Sales Team defaults.
What it doesn't do
- One-way only: TradeIndia leads are imported into Odoo CRM.
- Existing leads with the same TradeIndia enquiry reference are skipped.
What it does
- Lets you fetch old leads for a chosen date range on demand.
- Filters returned enquiries by their generated date and time before creating leads.
- The scheduled TradeIndia fetch runs every 15 minutes when the TradeIndia cron setting is enabled.
What it doesn't do
- Doesn't fetch historical leads automatically outside the scheduled sync window; manual historical fetching is available from Debug mode.
- The date range for a single manual fetch is capped at 1 day maximum between the start and end date.
